1. Choose best parrot.

Selecting the perfect parrot for you and your family is an important decision. It's essential to research the unique characteristics and personalities of each species you're considering. Every species and every parrot has its own individual traits and temperament, so take your time to find the best match for your lifestyle and preferences.

2. Pre-Purchase Assistance Available

3. Reservation Process Upon Payment Verification

Upon successful payment confirmation, our sales team will promptly reserve the selected parrot under the purchaser's name. To secure the reservation, verification must be completed within a 1-hour window.

4. Balance Due and Reservation Terms

In the event of a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the puppy becoming available to other customers, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Travel Arrangements Upon Full Payment

Upon receipt of full payment, we will begin coordinating the travel arrangements. Initially, we'll provide an estimated travel date. As the date approaches, we'll finalize the details and provide the exact travel date.

6. Cancellation Policy Notice

Kindly note that in the event of cancellation, there will be a $ 30/day hotel fee charged from the day of deposit. Additionally, if the flight has been booked, the booking fee will not be reimbursed, along with the incurred hotel fees.
